User reviews Really Bad Audio Quality, 2008-10-21 I'm not an audiophile, so I'm not normally bothered by medium audio quality in my headphones or speakers. But the quality on these headphones was just terrible. There is no bass at all. There is no volume or fullness in the audio. I feel like I'm listening to my music inside of a bucket.
I would get a refund if I could. My best recommendation is simply not to buy this headset. Not worth the money, 2008-10-06 The headphone pieces are very flimsy and they don't stay in my ear. I think for them to fit comfortably you would need to be a giant. The sound when playing MP3s is also very tinny and doesn't produce a good sound range. Not worth even the $8 I spent on them. Very good sound quality, 2008-09-18 These Headphones are truly professional! I love the sound quality and the way they fit in both my ears. Keep falling out of my ears, sound not so great., 2008-08-27 They're OK.
I like the original iPhone ear buds with the Griffin covers better.
The mic is about 10x larger than the iPhone set, making the headphones unbalanced and the ear bud keeps falling out of my ear. The button is small compared to the mic.
The sound could definitely be better, and the screen pops off easy when cleaning or replacing the rubber buds.
They feel a little cheap but then again they were only $10.
The cord is a great long length and it's an even length on both sides, unlike other models I've tried. highly disappointed, 2008-08-19 Maybe it was the missing inner screen (inside the earphone), maybe it was my ear, however I must say this product is probably the worst earphone I have ever encountered. It is even worth then the Apple OEM earphone. I am not looking for audiophile quality nor compare such with the one goes for $60-$100, at least it should sound half decent. Unlike the other reviewer mentioned, my experience was that I heard no high nor low frequency, it sounded like if I was listening through 2-3 boxes, close to what you hear through the telephone set. The built quality was also very poor. Due to the defect in my order, I returned it to the seller. There is a note I'd like to make is MyNetDeals (the seller) handled my request extremely well, very understanding and the action was prompt. Too bad the earphone was a piece of.....
