User reviews Case, 2009-01-06 It works well protecting the phone. the only thing I dont care for is the clear cover get dirty under and I have to wipe all te time to see the screen. Does not fit the phone, 2008-12-29 Although this product is advertised to fit the LG enV2, it does not. The case is too large in all dimensions and there is no way to use it without the phone falling out.
I would give this product 0 stars, however, that was not an option.
Don't bother with this item. Good looking case, 2008-10-09 I ordered this case for myself and the rubber stingray case for my husband. This one looks better but does not fit as tightly. It covers the screens and buttons but does not hinder use. I'd recommend either case.PREMIUM BLACK STINGRAY SPORTY COVER RUBBER CASE (With 2 Optional Interchangable Belt Clips) for Verizon LG ENV2 VX9100 - RETAIL PACKAGING Poorly made, 2008-10-03 I had great hopes for this case, but after a few days of use it fell apart. The cheap plastic on the front cover ripped when I had to remove the phone from the case. The leather was fine, but it was difficult to properly insert the phone into this case. It keeps my phone from getting dirty., 2008-09-11 I work construction so I needed something to keep my new LG ENV2 from getting dirty and grimy. I also keep my phone in my pocket at all times so I was looking for a case that was bulky enough to not allow me to unlock the numbers on the front of my phone and dial random people in my phone book. This case was able to perform one of the two functions I wanted it to.
The problem with the ENV2 is that the phone opens like a book so the cover has to be flexible and not too thick in order to use the full QWERTY keyboard on the inside. This does an adequate job if you don't open up the phone all of the way, but once you have it open to its full flat level the cover starts to slip off a little. Both keyboards are covered with a clear plastic making it easy to see the numbers and letters however the small keyboard keys on the inside are much harder to use when typing. You almost need one of those little pens they include in a blackberry to press the keys down. It does leave a nice opening to use the camera though, so you don't have to take the cover on and off when taking pictures.
Overall this is the best of the three covers I have tried. It doesn't stop me from random dialing of my friends while my phone is in my pocket unfortunately, but it has kept my phone looking neat and clean even after dropping it into countless piles of dirt and grime (I'm a klutz). It keeps my screen spotless and I don't have to worry about small scratches and the keys rubbing off.
