User reviews Works great!, 2008-03-25 Great choice! Battery lasts a long time between charges. Earpiece feels a little big - like it may fall off - or I would rate this 5 stars. No one says I sound like I am in a tunnel or a can. A can with a string tied to it would work better, 2008-03-11 Very, very disappointed in this item. I can generally hear people fine, but no one on the other end can hear me. Everyone I talk to (or try to talk to, rather) tells me that my headset must be broken.
I have nothing good to say about this product. Do not buy. I am giving up on Motorola headsets permanently -- can't believe they put this garbage on the market. I am going to order a Plantronics headset and hopefully that will work better. Static, 2008-03-04 This headset has so much static it is unusable. Motorola support has not answered any of my emails. DO NOT BUY Bad Outgoing Audio, 2007-12-07 Everything about this unit is good, except for the outgoing audio, which everyone reported as muffled and difficult to hear.
Thumbs down!
Very Satisfied, 2007-10-22 I purchased the Motorola H500 to replace my plantronics 320 that I accidently dropped and stepped on causing the on/off volume control button to get stuck in one position making it impossible to raise or lower the volume. I was very pleased when I received the H500. Its smaller than the 320 and fits very comfortably on my ear. Half the time I don't even know that I'm wearing it. Pairing it to my LGCU500 couldn't be simpler and I especially like the feature that shuts off the blutooth light after 5 minutes of inactivity. It increases the battery life quite a bit. It was a great buy for the money and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive bluetooth device.
