Pros: Connecting to MS Exchange or POP3 is easy. WM5 is good, but much of your old software may cause WM5 to become unstabile. Frequent reboots are minimized by firmware update.
Cons: Because of my business requirements, I have tried the Verizon, Qwest, and Sprint versions. All have the same poor sound quality. If you want people to stop calling you, switch to this phone! If you want to annoy others, this is also a good phone; it is very easy to accidently redial a number (or a random number) over and over. With a lot of effort (and with firmware updates) you can make this work as a USB modem. You might be able to make it work as a Bluetooth modem. But, in a few weeks.
Summary: This phone is a fine preview of where the industry is going. After 3 months, I gave up and switched to an older Motorola phone with fewer features.
