Sprint announced yesterday they will offer the Blackberry Pearl 8130 starting next month. The 8130 dubbed the “Pearl 2” is an updated version of the popular 8100 adding a 2.0 MP camera with video record, GPS, MicroSD slot, Stereo Bluetooth, 3.5mm headset jack and an improved media player and desktop manager.

Blackberry 8130 customers will be able to take full advantage of the Music Store, TV, OnDemand and Navigation services Sprint offers. Pricing has not been set, but I would expect to pay around $199 with a new 2 year contract.

Verzion and Alltel new release highlights

Verzion and Alltel new release highlights

Still it’s good to see Verizon continues to offer a diverse PDA/Smartphone lineup. The phone will be available online Monday December, 17th for...
