HTC Mystery device coming soon?
A new HTC Smartphone with a vertical slider is coming soon. The phone will offer a VGA resolution display and but also be very small in size. Currently the only VGA phones from HTC are the HTC Universal and X7500 both of which are very BIG in size. It is nice to see that finally HTC is going to make smaller devices with high resolution displays.

Check out the physical differences in part 1 of the video and the software differences right here! Fuze? Touch Pro? What's the difference? Noah compares HTC's two new Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphones. 3G, WiFi, QWERTY ... what's the difference? Is this the best Windows Mobile device ever? Only one way to find out ... Noah unboxes the Sprint Touch Pro. Noah checks out the G1's camera and photo gallery apps, and downloads Video Player BETA. The G1 REALLY needs a good video player. Forget all the bells and whistles - how is the G1 as a phone? Noah checks it out, and he also makes a custom ringtone using Ringdroid, a free app from the Android Market. During the live demo at the T-Mobile / HTC / Google Android launch event, Doug got a chance to take a closer look at some of the T-Mobile G1's hardware. The device comes with a 1GB SD card, USB port, and removable battery.
Nokia World in Barcelona launched so Noah started this Tuesday episode of GadgetDog Daily with announcements from the show. The Nokia N97 a possible "beast of a device" was unveiled and discussed during this episode along with the announcement of the HTC Shadow 2. I don't want to kill anyone's Black Friday shopping buzz, or discourage you from buying the G1 as a holiday gift. But I have dedicated a lot of posts to pointing out the benefits of this phone, and it's operating system, Android. I think it's time that I cover some negative aspects of the device. Most design problems become apparent over time, and may not be recognizable during an in-store test. They're not the kind of thing you want to be... Pros: Windows Mobile 6.1, MS Office mobile apps, GPS, EV-DO Rev A, 3.2 MP camera, wireless network printing, strap holder, push email, video out, expansion slot (1 GB micro SD memory included), physical QWERTY keyboard, rounded edges, beautiful screen, TouchFlo 3D, swipe function and accelerometer (when they work).Cons: Bulky handset, sluggish operation (especially if a lot of programs are running), user has to press hard on the screen, no 3.5... The HTC Touch Pro will run it's OS with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional while you work on the 2.8 inch VGA touch screen display. it's a follow up to something s/he sent me a month or so ago. So I'm
gonna post it and let you decide whether or not to believe it. Take it
with a whole can of Morton's Salt, as the saying goes.

is theres no qwerty keyboard and it's almost a must have. But seeming the Omnia is such a
greeat phone I might just get it anyways. Then theres the Touch Pro that's even more expensive
but seems the only feature it has on the Omnia is the slide out keyboard. Please help with any
great suggestions you may have. Im in a bind here lol. THANKS!! I would say that, if the only reason you're thinking about the X1 is for the keyboard....but, you think you can get used to a software keyboard, the Touch HD is a beast !I find the soft keyboard on the Touch HD quiet usable...even in portrait mode...I'd go as far as to say that the soft keyboard on the Touch HD imo, is the the better than any other WinMo device I have come across. (emphasis on WinMo) wow wow wow here. Lets think for a minute. Yeah its a good phone if your on ATT, but I don't think its worth $800. If you really need a good touch phone with a keyboard, get yourself a Fuze. Its going to save you a solid $500 in the process. Plus, the phone is a bit laggy and there aren't that many panels even available yet. I still say hold on before you do anything rash. first of all it depends on which network your on. if your on att then with x1a you can get 3 g which is a huge plus. but if ur on tmobile then there really is no difference here as edge is what youll get on both. Xperia is nice, very sturdy, very well built ! HTC HD has the amazing screen but not actual keyboard. Im actually thinking of getting the X1a myself. I say go for it. Which one is better
HTC HD or OMNIA
need your reply what is a better overall phone in specific??? To activate the phone you must buy a data plan, which is for the internet. I think you can cancel the data plan after you have bought the phone, but you then wont be able to use internet unless using wifi. For the phone no you dont, only your plan I don't think so. 40 per month for 300 minutes plus myfaves. Then there is the data which is either 25 or 35. I need to know, do you have to pay extra money every month to use the G1? I mean only for calling not including text and internet. DO you have to pay just to use the t-mobile G1 monthly? Just for the phone? Please Help> Thanks
