Touch Pro2: Out of the box and into your T-Mo lovin' heart

Touch Pro2: Out of the box and into your T-Mo lovin' heart

Yesterday I posted a poll asking you to choose among the four major US carriers' current flagship phones.  Some of you either can't or don't care to read and insisted on voting for the T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro2 even though it doesn't actually exist yet.  I hear ya, especially after having reviewed the unlocked European version of this sexy beast, but if it's not out in the US, you can't vote for it.  My poll, my rules, nyah nyah.

David over at TmoNews is apparently on your side, though, having unleashed upon our tender eyes what may be the world's first photos of ... wait for it ... the T-Mobile Touch Pro2 in a retail box!!!  w00t!

Aside from that pesky Windows Mobile thing, this will no doubt be T-Mo's premier business phone when it launches next month.  Unless you prefer BlackBerry, that is.  Or Android.  Anyway, more pics over at TmoNews.

phone seems to be ok but WHY TMOBILE KEEP CHANGING PHONES FROM ORIGINAL HIGH QUALITY AND BETTER LOOKING PHONES TO CHEAP PIECES OF PLASTICS. which look nothing like the original ones

like. samsung memoir was great phone till it made it over to usa. same thing with touch pro 2. original htc touch pro 2 is better than the one for tmobile.

sucks man. you wait for months to before it launches nad when it comes out. its not what you have been waiting for. why tmobile keeps doing this to its customers. i guess business is business.

T-mobile out of all the other carriers... Just imagine how much better it would be on At&t or sprint. I don't know why people even consider t-mobile anymore...

Because for many people the coverage, pricing and customer service are just what they need/want. I personally do not enjoy dealing with using only Sprint provided phones and lack of decent customer service. I also don't want to pay at&t's exorbitant prices. I generally feel that it is best to let people use what carrier and device that they want to use and not talk smack about one carrier over another.

but hey, that's just me.

@ arn786, My understanding is that this phone will retail for $700, also the price of the unlocked HTC version. So, if that's true, you can imagine the the upgrade price will not be very good. $450 is probably a good approximate.

Noah tell the truth. Wouldnt this phone have been sexy with Android? I'm starting to hate HTC slowly all their nice phones are rocking windows mobile this should have been "BIGFOOT" damnit. this should have had android all over it. Instead what do they do? put windows on it
