Pros: I do have a good plan at this time but that is because they are honoring at this time my old plan from Us Celluar as long as I don't buy a new phone or change my plan it will stay they way it is, is what I was told..Least I hope they keep their word on that.
Cons: They merged companies never asking the people who use the cell-phone service from them, and kepted it on the low till the deal was done for sure. Never asked us if we wanted to go with the new company, they then changed the rules and prices. Which we have no say because we are roped into a contract and can not break it, and charge a over-price fee, to leave them if you want to go else where. Like the service at the walk-in is a JOKE!! Now, where I live. you have to give them your name and wait in line to talk to someone. And they seem to have less workers or something now..Because it takes forever..To just even get in for something simple, shortest time I have waited was-45min. and that was to just ask them a question that I had to do at a walk-in I was told. And I got roped into a 2-yr. contract because my son was in another town and took his phone in to get fixed, I thought we were useing my signal ins. and they were really selling my teenage son a 2-yr. contract and I okayed it by mistake, only because I thought I was agreeing to a insurance claim over the phone when I gave them the $50.00. Well I now have 2-phones I am paying for and I only need one. Because my son moved and I wouldn't let him take the phone and Altell won't take it back nor cancel the contract, because I was mis-lead which I found out all this after a few months, and I got my bill. So be careful is all I can say, I will be leaving them as soon as I can get thru this contract with them, or sooner if they let me. I was with Us Celluar for 6-yrs. and was always walked away happy with them..Not same feelings with Alltell, who been with 3-months.!!
