ALLTEL Wireless user review

Oh the games we play

Pros: One of my phones has worked with no problem regardless of how it has been dropped , plopped or otherwise degraded.

Cons: I have a second phone that we have taken back several times because it has not worked properly since we got it. They replace the phone but wont replace the battery... which is the obvious problem. Now they say since we have had it over a year I will have to pay for a new phone or pay $50 deductible for my current phone to be repaired. Every time I try to talk to them they want to give me a sales pitch. I have talked to a store rep as well as the 611 number. I am looking for a new provider.

Summary: Alltel has been questionable in its honesty from the beginning of my contract and now my suspicions have been confirmed. I cant wait for the end of my contract!!!
