Pros: None
Cons: Customer Service is horrible, Reception is horrible, All Around Horrible
Summary: Unfortunately I have to use AT&T for my home phone and DSL since they are the cheapest and pretty much the only provider in my neighborhood.
Since I already had those two services with them, I thought I might as well add the cell phones. Boy, was that a mistake. The have a customer service for your home phone, a customer service for your cell phone and a customer service for combined billing. The unfortunate thing is that none of these departments know what the other one is doing. Since I had a Unity Plan which ties your home phone and cell phone service together, it made an even bigger mess. They couldn't figure out what plans I purchased and what I am supposed tp pay for. It took me two months and probably about 30 different customer service reps before I finally found somebody that was knowledgeable. These reps are very cocky, they hang up on you and treat you like you are some kind of dirt bag. And their supervisors aren't any better. It takes forever to get one f them on the line and then they don't really want to talk to you or even they hang up on you. I finaly cancelled my cell phones, so I wouldn't be stuck in this mess for 2 years. I went back to T-Mobile which has excellent service and their customer service doesn't go home at 7pm.
