AT&T Is Bad Business

Pros: They offer landline, cell phone, and internet service.

Cons: Customer service is the worst.

Summary: Before AT&T took over BellSouth & Cingular I received good service and was very happy then AT&T came along and things got very ugly. Their customer service is anything but a customer service dept. They tell you things that are not true just to make a sale and this past week I even had a representative accuse me of trying to do something illegal because I was being so insistant with her about correcting a problem.
That was, I repeat, was, the last straw. If you have any options at all for using another service I highly recommend using someone other than AT&T.
