No Problems

By: Michael Patterson on Tuesday, November 27, 2007
From Overland Park KS (United States)
Experience: 7 Years
Pros: Reliable service, never a dropped call, just never have any problems. Call quality is excellent.

Cons: Store personel are not the most truthfull. When I have had an issue, I dont call customer service. They are very polite and respectfull but the issue just wont get resolved through them. Go to the store.

Summary: Recently found the need to restrict the numbers dialed out on a phone and wanted the dreaded TEXT MESSAGING turned off. ( 2 teenage sons ) I was told at the store nearest me by more than 1 sales person on numerous occasions that this was not allowed. Instead, they suggested I wait for their "Smart Limits" service to be made available. For a cost of 6.00 per phone this could be done. I went back to the store I had always done business with before and suggested to them that I would have to cancel the contract and pay the early termination fee so that I could go to a carrier that would not charge me a monthly fee for deleting a service that was included free in my calling plan. Also suggested that it made them look extremely greedy and uncaring to their longtime customers. When I left the store, text messaging and internet were shut off on all 3 phones and was told to buy Samsung or Motorola phones to restrict calls to numbers in the phonebook. See, no problems...another satisfied customer. Need to improve service in outlying areas...badly. If you are on a major highway or metro area, no problem. Out in the boonies a little bit, sucks.
