First and Worst

By: Crystal Kempher on Tuesday, August 21, 2007
From Valparaiso IN (United States)
Experience: 2 Years
Pros: It's a way to call 911...even if you don't intend to.

Cons: Customer service (or lack thereof),price, procedures, billing...the list goes on.

Summary: As the title says, this was my first cell phone provider, and after trying other friends phones and talking to them, would have to say that it is the worst. My bills were incorrect, the information that I got online, in the mail, and on the phone all contradicted each other, and now I've found out that I have to submit a cancellation request in writing *thirty days* prior to actual cancellation, even though my original contract is up in two days. Twice in the last year, my phone has somehow *spontaneously* called 911, and I have had to answer my phone, which had the keylock on, and speak to the dispatcher to let them know that I was not in immediate peril. I honestly warn my friends against using Centennial for these reasons.
