Pros: Great service especially in rural areas, signal quality is great. Spend alot of time working on their network in my area, not just trying to get major areas like cities. Going over minutes is IMPOSSIBLE with so many free minutes.
Cons: Roaming charges for blue region, switch to nation is hard, phones are a little outdated but starting to improve, caller ID not standard
Summary: Signal quality is AWESOME, clear as a bell nearly everywhere in Louisiana.
I never go over my minutes, that is almost quite impossible with free incoming, free mobile 2 mobile, free night & weekends standard on all plans. Plus, you can get MyVIP's on ANY plan for just $10.00 and call like Alltel's MyCircle, and pay $5.00 for free nights and weekends starting at 5:00. Also, Incoming texts are free. I HATE paying for texts that I didnt ask for nor did I want.
They have MANY more towers in my area than any other.
Customer service is AWESOME. With ATT, at 7:00, they went home. You have a problem at 7:01? Too bad. Centennial is open 24/7. Store in my area is open at 6:30 and closes at 11:00. I love being able to come in and take care of my phone business on my terms and at a time convenient to me. Plus, I have never had to wait for them on the phone. When I call, I feel like a VIP, because I never have had to wait more than about 30 seconds for someone who always helps me.
Phones are a little outdated, and contracts long, but it is starting to improve MAJORLY, especially rolling out blackberry recently (yay!).
Thanks, Centennial for wonderful service, looking forward to MANY great things to come!
