Pros: You don't have to pay for incoming texts
Cons: Bad service, inept costumer service (they will actually lie to you), rate increases while in contract w/o notification, my bill was no where near the price that they guarenteed me it would be (not because I went over, because of hidden charges), they keep you on hold for long periods of time
Summary: If you are considering Centennial, Don't do it. Everyone I know who has ever had it hates it. When my contract was up I went into two separate stores to cancel and they told me I didn't have to, that my contract ending would automatically cancel. Then I got another bill. When I called they said that I was supposed to cancel and never did, and that the cancelation process, even after your contract is up, takes 30 days. In other words another inflated bill for them. I hate Centennial Wireless. I have Altell now and I like it.
