Long time customer has seen an incredible dive in service

Overall Rating:
1.3 out of 5
By: John Downs on Tuesday, October 17, 2006
From: Albion, IN (United States)
Experience: 12 Years
Pros: They have decent reception in my home area.

Cons: Customer service is terrible to long time customers.

Summary: In general more concerned with pushing the company line in the hopes of not getting fired instead of taking care of their customers like they did for many years. The joy of a small company is gone (personal service, less red tape) and the perks of a large company (a variety of phones, great coverage, many locations). Avoid at all costs, they have nothing new or unique to offer anymore :(

Cell phone Carrier

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: M Cashen on Wednesday, September 20, 2006
From: Charlotte, MI (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: Excellent Customer Service.

Cons: None to report.

Summary: When I was having poor reception in my house, a customer service rep came to my house with 5 different phones to try. I was able to exchange my phone 3 times for one that would work well in my house. Customer service is excellent.
