Cons: Service area, customer service, when you make a peyment be sure to get a reciept!!
Summary: I’ve had Cricket now for two years. The service area has seamed to shrink instead of grow. I’ve gone threw four good phones in two years - that alone is crazy. When you need help with your service, Good Luck! You can’t get a hold of a person and when you do they don’t understand what’s going on. The ice breaker was when I made a payment in cash at a branch location for $50. A week later my phone was shut off due to NON Pay!
They were unable to help me locate my payment. A week later at the same branch my girlfriend had the same issue. When she asked for a receipt after she paid they replied that there printer was down????
Please it’s not worth the savings… Ohh Yeah… What savings – they made me pay twice in one month!!!
