Worst customer service ever

By: Ken Hinkle on Wednesday, June 20, 2007
From fort worth TX (United States)
Experience: 1 Days
Pros: none

Summary: I purchased a phone online for my girlfriend. It arrived in good time. The instructions on the shipping receipt where to dial *228 from the phone to activate. That did not work! I called customer service 1(877) add metro. After waiting on hold for 6 minutes they gave me another number to call 8888638768. I called that number and was told I couldn't activate the phone unless I was the perchance. I explained I was the one who purchased the phone and it was for my girlfriend. They told me they couldn’t do anything. Then they hung up. After being feed up with the already bad service I decided to quit while I was ahead and send the phone back. I called the same number to get an RMA. They had no clue what an RMA was.
