Pros: Excellent rates with unlimited minutes included in every plan. I mean your getting non-stop talk 24/7 as cheap as thirty bucks a month dude! Numerous store locations (Atlanta area). Most importantly, there are no diabolical multi year contracts to torment you. Walk in, plop down the cash for the phone and walk out (1st month is still free). Cons: The limited coverage area would make Metro PCS a bad choice for those who do a lot of traveling. Summary: After suffering through three other cellular service providers with their multi year contracts, peak minutes, off minutes and silly calling networks I was fortunate enough to stumble onto Metro PCS. I’m baffled as to why someone who spends the majority of their time in the metro area would use any other carrier. This is painless.

Pros: It's nice that for my service I can make unlimited calls anytime of the day and anywhere in the USA, Customer ServiceCons: getting a signal and dropped calls.Summary: I'm very happy with the service, and product, but wish that the signal I get would be much better than it is now, my calls drop on me and I miss quite a few calls because of this.

Pros: always knowing what my monthly bill would be,never an overage fee, could talk to anyone using any type of phone without getting charged extra, no minutes to keep track of, being able to call family out of state, no contracts, low rates, no credit checkCons: sometimes you would get a drop call but it still does not compare to all the pros of having a metro pcs phoneSummary: I'v moved to Barnwell County, South Carolina from Florida and I really wish Metro PCS was available here. I feel it would be a great success and I would love to purchase 3 more phones here in South Carolina.

Pros: Metro pcs allows me to have a peace of mind when it comes to communicating. I don't have to worry about going over my minutes and paying overages at the end of the month. Some people tell me that they won't join metro because they drop too many calls. First of all, i don't get droppped calls as often as people may think. I make about 40 - 60 calls a day and I can safely say that only 2 or 3 of those calls may get droppped. I am all over sacramento and I get good reception anywhereCons: The only downside I think, is that they don't get good reception inside big buildings. Summary: I can confidently recommend metropcs to anybody. I often get complaints from my friends about their bill fluctuating every month and I tell them that i don't have that problem at all. I love my phone company.

Pros: Great service always get calls no contracts free everything not even a reference of how many minutes used. Good phones, best company i have ever been withCons: Not alot of phones you have to pay a fee to pay your billSummary: I have had other providers and the best one yet is metro. They are very nice and willing to help on any problems imaginable. The accessories are 6.99 and lots to choose from.

Pros: I always get prompt assistance from someone who most always seems to enjoy their job.Cons: Since they have expanded the area around Alameda the reception in some areas is not as good as it use to be and in some areas of Hayward you can not get calls or they are dropped on a regular basis.Summary: All and all I must say for the price of the service and phone and monthly charge to talk to anyone I want anywhere I want, for the most part, the service is great. I would recommend it especially for those who can not afford the 2 year contracts most carriers charge you for.

Pros: Great signal, haven't had any dropped calls, great value, free texting & picture messagingCons: travel talk is very expensive, phones are expensiveSummary: I had Sprint PCS for the last three years up until now. I switched over to Metro PCS and I couldn't be happier! Seriously - free everything (text messaging, unlimited incoming & outgoing calls: local and long distance, picture messaging, internet) all for 45 bucks, 55 bucks including all taxes and fees! What could be better! I currently use a Samsung A850 and it works very nicely, activation was very easy, and there is no cancelation fee! I was glad I made the switch, and I think you would be very pleased too.

Pros: it has one set rate per month, with many different packagesCons: you have to live in certain areas to get service, sometimes it is hard to hear the person you are talking to.Summary: MetroPCS offers a way for you to control your monthly cell phone bill. You know what your bill will be and exactly when it is due, with several options on receiving your bill. They also have several packages available. Also, you must live in certain areas to get the service. Overall I would recommend trying metropcs.

Pros: Unlimited minutes inside the perimeter, 120 minutes free long distance monthly with basic plan.Cons: Can't use the service much outside the perimeter - no farther south than Jonesboro and no farther east than Snellville. Not good for traveling.Summary: I signed up for MetroPCS because it was unlimited and I rarely left the city. However, recently I moved to another location inside the coverage area, and suddenly I can't get my calls. I have a Cingular prepaid phone as well that has no problems in Decatur, but my Metro phone often drops calls and has a great deal of static/interference on most calls. Not a good choice if you're using a cell as your home phone, as I am.

Pros: Where else can you call unlimited all the time local and long distance for one low price. Its great for teenagers, my teenage son has the razor and loves it, especially the text messaging.Cons: The phones are so expensive.Summary: I am thankful for metro pcs after divorce and being a single parent. I feel safe with my metro service and it meets all my needs and the needs of my teenagers.
