Pros: Great phones. And yes, that is the only pro.
Cons: Oh, let me count the ways.
1. Customer Service lies through their teeth literally. When they make mistakes they try to manipulate it into being your fault. And after hours on the phone with them to get them to finally see the err of their ways; they promise you stuff (free phones, $25 discounts, etc.) to show their appreciation to have you as a customer. Well I got a Moto Q for free just to have them add the price into the next bill. On top of that, they bundeled another 2 year agreement
Summary: WARNING: Use Sprint at your own risk. And keep a close eye on that bill. If it seems too high, it probably is. Don't get any share plans. And run as fast as you can. It's cheaper to break the agreement in the long run. Trust me.
