Summary: Where should I start.....At the Sprint Store, of course. I went into a Sprint Store looking to reestablish service. (I had a very good experience the first time I was with Sprint.)
Everything seemed to go quite well at the store. I got everything I asked for(so I thought). I was able to keep my old phone and did not have to pay a deposit. One of the features I included on my plan was the international calling feature.
I was told at the store to wait 24 hours before using the international calling feature.(I have a fiancee living abroad.) I waited 48 hours and called my fiancee. The call went through quickly, it did not drop, and I could hear my fiancee talk. I called a couple of more times abroad with no problem. The third time I called, I could not get through.
That was when things went to heck in a handbasket. Over the next three months, my international calling feature was turned off and on, even my regular service was cut off and then on.(Sprint screwed up so much during this time, they credited my account and I did not have to pay anything)
I do not know how many countries I got when I called Customer Service. The people were either, rude, crude, or did not have a clue. After six months of this, I gave up.
