Sprint Service

By: Daydrea Junde on Wednesday, May 16, 2007
From Akron OH (United States)
Experience: 2 Years
Pros: Buy new phone from telesales have it 2 day air, easy to pay my bill, basically as long as I didn't have any problems with my service or phone, Sprint was great.

Cons: Customers service *2 is a joke, too many dropped calls to count just in the last year, service fees & taxes are high

Summary: In the end paid $80 for two lines with only 800 minutes to share, upon using the information given to me by Sprint on how to return an unwanted item I was lied to, mislead, & found myself frustrated upon trying to utilize customer service. If your looking for unskilled, inappropriate, behavior then Sprint is your company.
