WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Summary: I tried using their toll free number and found myself being disconnected numerous times and being connected to people who could only read from a script like a robot. I spent hours trying to disconnect my service. They continued sending me bills for services I didn't have. It took months and threats of legal action to get it taken care of. It was a total nightmare. I wouldn't wish Sprint on my worst enemy. They're the worst phone company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I honestly don't understand how they stay in business or keep from being prosecuted.
