Summary: I've had Sprint for about a year & a half now. I'm currently on my 3rd phone due to the fact that the first 2 were defective. My current one is too, but I didn't find out in time to exchange it. I've basically just been buying my time until I can get out of my contract. In Lansing Sprint service is just awful. Around 90% of my calls are dropped, generally with seconds of me receiving my call. My voice mails sometimes take weeks to catch up to my phone & ocassionally just disappear into the ether.
Because I'm in a family plan it would cost us $200 per phone (3 phones) to get out of the contract, so we're stuck.
