Pros: Cannot find any redeeming value about Sprint.
Cons: Awful customer service, overbilling, no accountability, they simply don't care!
Summary: I dropped Verizon 3 years ago thinking it couldn't get any worse, well the worst yet is SPRINT. On January 10,2008 I called them because my phone bill was coming out to more than what I had signed up for after changing my plan in October 2007; I was promised a call within two weeks, it never happened. I called after 3 weeks had passed, i was again promised a call back the following day; again didn't happen. On Sunday February 23, 2008 I finally got a hold of someone, after being transfered 3 times, who I though would help. Her name is Candace and her Sprint employee number is 697044. She confirmed I had been overcharged and would deduct $239 from my account and collected $129 payment; she promised the following: 1)she would get my account squared withing less than four hours 2)would send me an e-mail confirming all the above, NOTHING HAPPENED!! These people get away with lying to customers and nothing happens!! Yesterday 2/29/08 my phone was put out of service and another incompetent idiot from Sprint, a supervisor, told me that there was NO WAY HE COULD CONFIRM or find that other employee who made all these promises, INCREDIBLE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! I had a name and an employee number and he wouldn't even attempt to investigate!! I asked to speak to his boss; this lower management dude had the gall to tell me that he was the end of the line, This is the same guy who told me there was no way to find operator Candace 697044!
