Cons: Bad service, bad customer service, unqualify technician
Summary: I have suncom for 1 1/2 years now and I always get bad service or no service at any time, any place. I contacted customer service, they passed me to tech. The tech wanted to see my phone and found nothing wrong. But I continous to have bad or no service. I have direct withdraw payment from my account so there is no payment involved. I applied another company for my wife and she always has good reception. There are many times, I sat besides my wife and her phone showed good reception and my showed no service available. When my contract over by next three months (2008), I will cancel Suncom service and switch to another company.
