Summary: I have had Suncom for over three years with GREAT service. I always read these horrible reviews, but can't relate. I never have problems with customer service or my bill which is a huge plus coming from another big name carrier! I had the Hiptop 1, 2 and now 3 with Suncom. My husband has the 3 as well and my daughter has the Sony Walkman. For all three lines with unlimited minutes night and day, unlimited data plans for both Hiptops that includes, unlimited email, web ( fully integrated btw) MMS and unlimited Text I pay $170 a month! I took a trip to California and spent the entire time on T-mobiles tower, never was charged roaming. I love my service so much, Our phones have replaced the house phone, saving me an extra $50 a month. I'm not discrediting other negative reviews, but for me, the price and plans are amazing, will never switch! my only complaint is the small variety of smartphones!
