SUNCOM FOR OUR SON WHO IS DEAF, WE PURCHASED A
BLACKBERRY PHONE FROM THEM AND A TWO YEAR CONTRACT, THEY DID NOTHIN BUT LIE ABOUT THE COST OF THE MONTHLY SERVICE, WE GOT TWO BILLS OUR FIRST AND LAST ..... THE BILL WAS ABOUT $260 WHICH WAS ABOUT $180 DOLLARS MORE THEN WHAT THEY TOLD US, WE WENT BACK AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT CHANGE IT TO THE PRICE THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY SO WE CANCELLED OUT THE SERVICE... BUT NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A $300 PHONE THAT WE CAN'T USE....
