Cons: VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CANNOT GET TO THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT AS THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THEIR PHONE NUMBER
Summary: I received as an upgrade their new Nokia 5300 phone and guess what after THREE(3)WEEKS the screen went blank on me as I was holding it in my hand. And the phone wouldn't even turn on anymore just plainly dead.Inside the screen I saw as something leaked. So, I called T-Mobile to inform about obvious manufacturer defect and they told me in this case I can only get exactly the same phone as a replacement.By the way the phone's battery is very bad as you need to recharge it everyday. Next, they told me to send defective back to them which I did exactly by their instructions. I was shocked when I saw an extra $120 charge on my bill. I called them and was told I'm beign charged because I physically damaged the phone and that is TOTAL LIE. I was told that their technician determined that the phone was droped by me which was totally not true. I tried to defend myself but the two representatives just kept telling me that they (T-Mobile) won't back down on their false accusation. Bottom line, they told me either to pay for the defective phone(meaning to pay for nothing)or they will suspend my service. T-Mobile would rather lose me as their loyal customer with 5 lines than to remove this bogus charge. They probably have too many customers and afford to lose few.
