Pros: I love the serice I get, they are always trying to find me the cheapest plans, they have always given great support for my phones. when something has gone wrong and cost me money they have refunded me. and keep in mind I am only one person not a family plan or corporate.. just me. the reception is alway perfect.Cons: The phoes themselves and the warranty going out too soon (my fault for not getting extended)Summary: I am so happy with t-mobile as my provider they have been nothing but nice to me and taken care of every need I've had with my service. I have had other providers and didn't stick with them long I have been with t-mobile for 5 years now and don't have any plans on switching

Pros: NONECons: A bunch of robots, telling you the same useless crap over an over again, instead of a real answer.Summary: I am still on the phone with their tech-support, holding. So far, I spoke to 10 people, and spent over 1:30 hours, and all I got was a big nothing. None of those 10 people so far even understood my question, forget about giving me an answer, that is how bad it is!!!

Pros: lower priced plan if you don't use your cell phone that oftenCons: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encounteredSummary: When I moved to a new area, I wanted to keep my T-Mobile account, but simply get a new phone number. After calling customer service, they gave me a new number. Funny, it never worked. So after a few days, I called back. After being accused of being a complete imbecile because I did not have a working cell phone number (not my fault by the way, but that didn't stop the insults) and did not have a "ticket number" (again, never got one when they just changed my number), they told me that they couldn't do anything for me, and I would have to call back to talk to someone else another day! What?!? I have never heard of that response before.
So, I did call back, and the person who answered told me that I had changed the number too many times and that my phone would no longer work. Mind you, I had one number when I originally bought the phone 2 years ago. Moved a thousand miles away. Asked and received (I thought) a new phone number. So, getting your number changed ONCE seems to be too many times and the customer service rep told me I would have to buy a new SIM card to get my phone to work. Not only did she blame me for the number not working and now my phone not working, she also wanted me to buy additional items so that, I can only anticipate, they would screw up my phone again in the future? No thank you. So I politely told them that I would never be a T-Mobile customer again, and then promptly wrote this review. What little respect this company has for the very people that keep it in business!

Pros: Not much, I hate this company - stay away!Cons: Spotty service, horrible customer service, expensiveSummary: I went and stayed with T-Mobile for a year and now I hate them for the way they treat their customers. Reception is spotty at best in most areas of LA. I have paid them over $800 for a year of Family Plan service only to be sent another bill for $2.40 (!) due to THEIR MISTAKE(!) after I properly disconnected. If it's worth it to them to squeeze me for another $2.40 after all the money I paid them I don't want to do business with this co. Avoid, STAY AWAY!

Pros: cheaper plansCons: Horrible service- We bought this plan while living in California only after being promised by Tmobile that they had great reception in the Lynchburg area- knowing that we would be visiting the area or possibly moving there. When we did move we had horrible service... numerous dropped calls... Our voicemail wouldnt work and when people did try to call there would be a network error. There was a point where one day 25 voicemails showed up at once- many of them from interviews and potential jobs Summary: When my contract is up in one month i will find a good provider

Pros: Outstanding Customer Service, Great Plan options!Cons: No service in underground Metro stationsSummary: I had AT&T before they were Cingular, and they were great, until they became Cingular. I paid the fee to cancel my contract with them, and went to T-Mobile for the Sidekick3. Best move ever! The customer service is so helpful! My rate is cheaper than with Cingular, and Im getting a lot more for it! (unlimited text, email, I.M., internet, 1000 anytime mins, and Unlimited night and weekend. for $62 a month!) I recommend them to everyone.

Pros: good service most of the time but disappointed about not getting a few extra minutesCons: No extra minutes when I needed them during an family emergency I use to be able to pay my bill by phone and now I ahve to remember to mail.Summary: I recently asked for a few extra minutes and was turned down. The customer service reps are usually very helpful and easy to talk with

Pros: Best customer service of all the wireless carriers, lowest rate plan in the market, accurate billing, great coverage.Summary: Having been a customer of all the "big" carriers, T-Mobile has proven to be the best of the group. Every cell provider has issues, but few have the customer service in place to assist with these in a timely manner. In addition, their plans are by far the most reasonable, with a flexibility not commonly found in this industry.

Pros: True flat rate unlimited nationwide calling for $74.99/mo. ($75 activation fee for SpeechPhone)Cons: You won't know what to do with all the money you save.Summary: Get a basic T-Mobile MyFaves account for $39.99/mo, subscribe to SpeechPhone's MANDi (My Automated Natural Dialog Interface) for $35/mo, add MANDi as one of your MyFaves and tell all your contacts to call MANDi from now on. You'll never touch your t-mobile minutes!

Pros: One-year contract, willing to negotiate, the most minutes (1500 for $40 bucks) friendly, hard-working staff.Cons: That I didn't sign up with T-Mobile soonerSummary: I've had it with Verizon! Their 2-year contract really holds you down forever! I had 400 minutes and unlimited weekend and nights for $40 bucks. Now I'm still paying $40 bucks but for 1500 ANYTIME minutes. (They've changed that now.) The guy that signed my wife and I up for some sidekick II was friendly and a hard-worker and was able to negotiate the price of the phone. I've NEVER had a dropped call from my side and my data service is always on. Thank you T-Mobile!
