Pros: OK customer service but...

Cons: bad policies!

Summary: Ever more willing to take your money but not willing to honor the warranty. 3 months and my charger port fell apart. They say its not part of the warranty package...for $50, they would give me a "refurbished unit" - %&@# them and the conglomerate horse they rode in on. The best way to get at these folks is cancel their service!
