Summary: I have been with Verizon going on 5 years now, they have always answered my questions and solved problems first call all the time. They are exceptional about fixing their mistakes. Summer of 2004 Verizon mistakingly thought I was cancelling my service with them and i told them I wasn't. For that mistake, they had paid for 4 months of cell phone bills ranging from $80-100, now that was pretty sweet. Their coverage is amazing, I've never had a dropped call, and never had trouble making a call in the rare fact I was in a roaming area.
