Pros: Plans are OK.
Cons: Too much "extras". Service reps & sales people not on the up and up with the phones and features
Summary: Bought a Mint Chocolate for my daughter.
The first was totally unusable, the second the charging port is broken. From what I am being told, there have been numerous problems with these phones.
I was not told you need to keep this phone away from humidity. This includes the bathroom, Florida and Indiana in the summer. These will cause a little dot to turn pink and void the manufacturers warranty.
I have been growing less and less happy with their customer service and with the amount of stuff you have to buy now.
It's time to move on.
