Pros: Most people have verizon so you can talk for free. In common areas you have good service most of the time.
Cons: The service people at every verizon store that i have been to dont care about anything, are very hard to deal with, and most of the time dont satisfy your needs. Also at stores it always takes forever to get what you want if you even get it at all. They have a very poor selection of phones. LIke the razor, they got just the ugly silver one and the light pink one. other carriers got all the good ones including the hot pink, teal, red, and the special dolce and gabbanna gold one.
Summary: Overall verizon is a company that the only reason people get the service in the first place is because every one they know has it so they can save more money on call time. They have basically unatractive phones except for like 5. Also a lot of people dont care about having a music player(since most people have ipods or mp3 players),a gps( a lot of people have one in their car either built in or attached to the window), or get it now( which cost money just to be on it looking at stuff). I am looking in to either cingular( for its largest coverage map and nice phones) ot t-mobile(for its lowest plans out at this time and their rele nice phones including the hot pink razor, teal razor, dolce and gabbana gold razor, sidekick and a lot of others!
