Pros: Great service/signal. I was in hudson valley ny and the only one of my friends to get a good signal anywhere and everywhere.
Cons: In-store customer service stinks to no end. They have no clue about anything.
Summary: I moved from Hudson Valley ny and was told that I would have to pay $30 and renew my contract for 2 more years to get a local western pa number. I chose not to. I had my phone stolen and over $200+ in charges appear. I went to the verizon store and told the person my phone was stolen and I needed a new one asap. She told me she couldnt sell me one because I had a "new every two" and that time was not up. I told her I wanted to pay CASH and she said she couldnt do it. I later find out that she never selected on the computer screen that my phone was stolen. The next month when I got my bill and saw the disgusting amount of downloads, I called and asked them why it wasnt reversed since I reported it stolen. They said they couldnt do that and that it was never reported stolen and a new phone was not bought until several days later! I told them I had a full time job and couldnt make it to the stores for a day or two. They asked me "how come I didnt call" (my phone was stolen!) I was charged incredible amounts months after the fact for over usuage charges because I never powered on/off my phone and it didnt know what was the best tower to use... The worst customer service in the world!
