Bad Business

By: MaryAnn S on Wednesday, June 06, 2007
From Naples FL (United States)
Experience: 4 Years
Pros: Family plan

Cons: No roll over minutes-can't admit THEY made a major mistake.

Summary: We had Verizon port a business line (Sprint) to one of our Verizon numbers. They ported it to the wrong phone, and then couldn't fix the problem for 48 hours....so, our business line was out of order. They did admit and apologized for the initial mistake, however didn't have any urgency to get our business line working asap. How much revenue was lost in that 48 hours we'll never know...but a law suit was brewing! One week later, no letter or phone call stating their incompetance or mistake...just another bill. This is the last straw, we'll go to a company that will WANT our business.
