Verizon Wireless has best service hands down...

Pros: excellent service, customer service (both in store and phone)is excellent and reliable phones.

Cons: none

Summary: I would recommend Verizon Wireless over AT&T (Cingular) and Sprint. I have service where these other providers have none and both in store customer service and 800-customer service handles problems right the first time. As I told one AT&T customer service recently (as I have them for my home phone service, ISP and satellite service) as she tried to convince me to switch, you folks may have more towers here in CT, but I have service where you folks don't have service and am treated like a valued customer.

    I'm "at" the Motorola Virtual Press Conference where they're launching the Krave ZN4 for Verizon.  No surprise here, as this device was leaked far and wide.  But it still sounds pretty interesting - it's a flip phone with a touchscreen and an "interactive flip."  Apparently the clear plastic flip cover has touch controls so you can access frequently used functions without opening the device up.
