Pros: Smooth looking phone, nice colour, great QWERTY keyboard, easy to use

Cons: Painfully slow processor

Summary: I liked this phone a lot, until I actually started to use it outside a store demo. I read in reviews that the processor is a bit slow, which is an understatement. I use my phone a lot through out the day, I like to take pictures browse the web, text, IM and everything you would expect a phone to be able to do. I'm not saying this phone doesn't have all these features, which it does and it did them well. But I found out quickly that the processor is to slow to run all these things at once. I couldn't go from one app to another with out having to close another one first, it was very frustrating. Also with in a few hours of having the phone I found out that in able to run the camera you needed to have all other apps closed, this means, text, IM, Web Browser, ect. That seemed a little ridiculous to me. I ended up taking back this phone and the salesman said that these complaints aren't new . So if you're even reading this, there are way better phones out there now. Don't give this a second thought.

Awesome phone!

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5

From: INdianapolis, IN (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: Easy Qwwerty keyboard
Touch Screen
Nice Internet
Good voice quality
Easy to use
Keys light up for easy use in dark places
Battery life is good
Clear Bluetooth
Windows Media player for music and videos
Nice size for a PDA
Great Camera

Cons: a little hard to carry around without worrying about messing up the screen;you have to hae a case to avoid scratching it.
You also have to get a memory card, because it does not have much internal memory

Summary: I love this phone. I have tried other qwerty phones (including the Treo phones), but this surpasses them all. I really like the touch screen and all of the things I listed above.
I do see that people have been complaining about the size. If you want a phone with all of these features, it is going to be a little bigger. Especially if it has a huge screen like this one does. Plus, most PDAs are about this size anyway-and that's without the phone/internet feature.
Also, people are saying that the internet is slow. I will admit-it is not as fast as my desktop's cable internet, but this is the equivolent of dial-up, and I say that it is pretty fast. It has a built-in Internet Explorer, but I found that the Opera browser makes the pages load a lot faster. The cool thing, though is whether you use Opera or Internet explorer, you dont have to use a WAP site. Most phones will only let you view the websites that have WAP capability. This phone allows you to view all pags as they are.
It will also play music videos/videos, which is awesome! It will sync with your desktop Windows Media Player. The awesome thing is that this phone is Microsoft compatible all the way, and that is pretty nifty, since Microsoft has a monopoly on nearly everything computer related:) Anyway, I really like it and I would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and once you get a memory card, you can download whatever and the memory isn't an issue.
It also has a spiffy camera w/a video player. I really like it!!! :):)

The other side of the story

Overall Rating:

Pros: Feel

Cons: Two menu buttons above R-T and I-O wreak havoc with typing. Those two buttons alone make the QWERTY keyboard problematic. The phone screen switches away from the buttons screen to an easy-button screen that makes phone calls difficult to handle after answering. And you can't see the screen in broad daylight.

Summary: Frustrating, all in all, from the phone to the texting.

T-Mobile Wing review

Overall Rating:
4.2 out of 5

Experience: 25 Days
Pros: Good grip, nice color, sharp and sensitive touch screen, Windows Mobile 6

Cons: Could do with a little faster processor, no built-in radio, no 3G, no GPS receiver, heavy

Summary: The operating system WM6 has an easy to use and intuitive interface. With the addition of an external storage card, you can install as many programs as you like and/or store songs and use it like an ipod. Wi-fi is useful, but internet calling is not integrated. Not all internet video files are playable. On the whole, it is a must buy for those who have never used a pocket pc or PDA before.
