LG Dare Cell Phone User Reviews
Pros: Everything, the touch screen is VERY acurate, music and speaker, picture wuality, camera, video, personalization, call quality, texting, battery, design, EVERYTHING! Cons: None. Video is a Tiny bit pixely but i can live with it. Summary: Great phone, you wont regret it, no mistakes or anything. Battery life is good if you over use you'll still have half or 3/4 bars left. GREAT futures, fun to use and the touch screen is awesome! I love the camera and everything else. I would recommend to everyone. Pros: Nice camera. Very user friendly. Easy customization. Great look and durable. Texting is great after you get used to it. Cons: The web is very hard to navigate around. Summary: Over all I think this phone is solid. There's abundh of cool features on this phone like you can handwrite your texts. And you can take videos at 1200 frames per second and can play of back in slow mo. The camera is 3.2 mega pixels. Also the phone feels great. It's not as long as the instinct and not as fat as the voyager. Great phone I recomend it. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful Pros: Good size, nice sound quality, camera phone Cons: Slower touch screen, often hit thew wrong keys Summary: The LG Dare was one of the best phones i've ever used. It is very neat to say the least. It can run kind of slow at times but overall is a very good touchj screen phone from Verizon. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice touch screen phone at affordable price. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Pros: Fast, slick design and user friendly. Battery life is great. Summary: I had to exchange my Motorola for Dare. This is the best phone I ever had. Very fast if u browse the net and very friendly and easy to use. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Pros: i love my dare! it never freezes up and its capable of so many things. i love how much you can personalize everything down to the touch! Cons: i wish there was more cute covers for it. Summary: overall its a wonderful phone. i dont have any complaints. ive had mine for bout 2 and a half months and i couldnt ask for a better phone! 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful Pros: Great look, great sound quality, nice screen, great Web Browser, great camera Cons: A little tough to text Summary: I love the LG Dare! It's fun and easy to use. The touch screen is precise and it is very small and great looking. There are a ton of editing features for pictures. It's great to use! 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful Pros: Easy to navigate around. I love the vibration it makes to acknowledge your input. The camera is awesome and the ability to rotate it 90 deg. is great for watching videos and looking at pics. Cons: Not much - maybe that it seems you have to be very careful where you press on it when selections are close together. You can calibrate it, but it still requires coordination. ;0) Does anyone know how to make the video settings stick? Mine always revert back to the original settings after I exit that screen. Summary: It's a lot less frustrating if you read the manual first. I love mine now and 2 co-workers bought one after playing with mine for 10 minutes. 10 out of 10 people found this review helpful Pros: Easy to use. Love the touch screen, texting is great especially since I have nails and it was pain with the manual qwerty keyboards. Cons: I thought the web browsing could be simplified. If you text a long message I don't know how you get to the first screen to make corrections. (Maybe I should read the manual Heehee) Summary: It's sleek and so easy to use. The sound quality and reception is great. I don't need to bring my camera with me I think this phone takes a better picture. Even the video quality is good. I traded in the Chocolate crap phone and absolutely love this one! 10 out of 10 people found this review helpful Pros: The customization never ends. the touch screen works well. texting is easy to get used to and fun. the styling of the phone was incredible. the camera is so good that it is like having a digital camera in your pocket at all times. Cons: Not many. browser is ok, not the greatest. Summary: I got this phone yesterday and i love it. the texting is easy and fun, there is great quality on calls, and the camera is unbelievable. 5 out of 8 people found this review helpful Pros: Small with cool features Cons: Touch screen is terrible to use other than looking at. Summary: If you try using the Web Browser be prepared to hit the screen alot of times to get the button you want to work. If you are using it to text message be prepared to hit the back button many times. I do not have big finger either. The touch is awlful. I returned it after having it 14 days. I also have the VX10000. You can not go wrong with old school qwerty keyboard. My text message time more than doubled trying to text people back. I bought the Chocolate 3 today for a replacement of it. 6 out of 19 people found this review helpful Pros: nice display size great touch screen multi tasking great movie quality best camera I've seen slow motion feature dragable icons Cons: Browser is decent can be a little better Summary: Great 7 out of 12 people found this review helpful Pros: The size is ideal for carrying around in a pocket. Very durable construction. Cons: Phone sometimes gets confused when asking it to multi-task, for instance- receiving an incoming text while making an outgoing call and checking email. It might be too much to ask for PC-type multi-tasking. Running a maximum of two tasks at a time seems to work ok. Summary: This is a great phone. The processor is very fast and the phone is generally intuitive in it's menu system. This is a vast improvement over most other Verizon phones, and certainly in it's own class when you rule out the Apple iPhone. My partner has a conventional LG 8350 clamshell phone. When I was using his phone over the weekend I found myself attempting to touch the screen until I remembered that his phone requires scrolling and selecting the option you want, then pressing "OK". Using the touch screen in a cellphone is something you need to experience to grasp it's convenience. The VZ-Navagator works very well (within 50') and is easy to use. Also, the LG-8350 does not offer the fringe area reception capability of the LG-Dare. While traveling from Oregon to Washington on I-82 I never lost the signal while the 8350 hunted for a tower for most of the 25 mile trip. The LG-Dare passes the requirement to be a quality and versatile cellphone and will not disappoint. 26 out of 26 people found this review helpful Pros: Camera, vidoe recorder, large touch screen, browser, ease of use, everything Cons: NONE Summary: This is a great phone it is way better than the iphone or the instinct i really enjoy mine and think its the best phone on the market. best phone ever hands down. 6 out of 12 people found this review helpful Pros: Great Camera and lots of fun. Texting is easy. Sound quality is good. overall great phone and I would recommend it. Cons: Web browsing is ok, but hard to scroll. Summary: Great phone with cool features like photo editing. I think the drawing tool is nice but kind of pointless. 26 out of 28 people found this review helpful
