Pros: great colors, excellent camera, i've had this phone for three years now(since 6th grade) excellent beginer phone, so easy to use! the whole recording cant be used as ringtones issue van be solved easily, just send the recording in a text to yourself then save it as a ringtone. this phone is durable i have dropped it, thrown it, it fell in a running sink and no more than a little scratch is on it. Cons: way too thick, it creates a big problem trying to get it in and out of my skinny jeans. it starts to freeze and shut down, but thats just because its old. so tomorrow im getting a versa. Summary: This phone has consistent problems with the charger port. I have had 6 of these phones, and each time it was replaced for their charger port breaking. HOT it has a great camera lightweight not that thick I LOVE ITTT!!! Keyboard is easy to use! Its pretty durable! Nice screens and color choices. Cons: Its a little thick and sometimes freezes up on me. Its not the most reliable phone once you think about it. I like having the full keyboard but you have to have the phone open to use some of the features. Summary: I like my enV but I would like to get a new phone. It has nice size keys that are very easy to type on but the phone is a little thick and I hate the big bump on the back where the camera is. I am on my 2nd one because they had to send me a replacement because my other one stopped working. I guess I am stuck with it until my contract is up next year. But I like the phone. It is pretty durable but scratches easily sometimes. I like having it though! Pros: Great colors. awsome keyboard! has i-m. It's light, the screens are set up well, I love the ability to have video as screensavers, the navigator is great, etc. etc.... Cons: There are only two things that I can think of that I would REALLY like to have on this phone without having to step up to another model: 1. Task feature (storing and checking off tasks) and 2. a simple hook for a lanyard to prevent it from hitting the ground if I drop it. Overall just well put together. Cons: The only real problem I have with it is not being able to set a sound as a ringtone, the only way you can is if you send it to yourself as a message then save it as a ringtone, but oh well. Other than that the battery life seems a little low before needing a recharge. Summary: Nice pics, nice sound, nice design and easy to use. Overall I like this phone quite a bit it has some nice functions to it and only a couple insignificant flaws. 21 out of 31 people found this review helpful Pros: With a 2.0 megapixel camera, this phones takes the sharpest pictures I've ever seen on a phone.It has a high resolution screen and is very easy to use. I like that it has the option to use the regular number pad as well as a full key board.By the way the keyboard is awsome and feels good to type on.The volume for the music player is very good and suprised me with its superior sound quality.Text messaging is very easy and the full keyboard helps a lot. Reception and sound quality as well as clear Summary: There are very few cons to this phone. Once in a while I find that the Env likes to call my friends without my permisson, or suddenly burst into song in my pocket. Cons: Would've loved it if they extended the main screen to eliminate the black border (giving the screen a widescreen effect). Would love it if I could listen to music on the phone while playing games on the phone. Summary: Overall experience with this phone has been a pleasant one. Although movies on the phone start to lag in an extreme fashion after about 30 minutes of viewing. Phone also still works fine despite me dropping it at least a hundred times. If your wanting to use the phones mp3 player during the day for at least a couple of hours, invest in the tank-looking extended battery. Summary: pretty much after getting this phone, i do not even want to think about getting another phone. i love everything about it. its slim design. the colors, and especially the megapixel on the camera is great. i find soemthing new or better about it everyday. i would deffinitly recomment this phone to anyone who likes to type, send emails, or just make a lot of phone calls and who takes a lot of pictures. 49 out of 87 people found this review helpful Pros: Great: keyboard, phone earpiece and speakerphone volume are loud enough to hear in noisey environments, music sounds loud enough when played through speakers, but of course is better with a stereo headset, the voice commands seem to work great even using a bluetooth headset with ambient noise. I like the text to voice feature for hearing text messages read to you as they come in, no need to pull the phone out all the time to read messages. The internal LCD is crisp, bright and a decent size. Cons: poor documentation, you can't use your own sound files for ringtones:(, the front LCD is small and the text can be hard to view in certain lighting conditions. Summary: I am finding more and more about the phone and its features by looking online. The documentation that comes with the phone is extremely lacking and buries the phones features; I seriously considered returning it. However this is a great and less expensive alternative to a true smart phone. I considered the Motorola Q but this phones features surpassed the Q's and also I could not see paying forty plus dollars or more a month for internet access. The mobile web that is included with my Vcast subscriptions is adequate. I can still check my email and even respond to them if I had to using the phone. I wish you could use your own sound files or recordings as ringtones or alerts, unfortunately Verizon locked out this feature. The phone is great for text messaging and the keyboard makes it simple to add contacts and update calendar information. Cons: Screen size is smaller then the V but it has made the phone lighter and thinner. Summary: After using the V now for a year I was excited about the improvements being made to the enV and couldn't wait to get it.
