You can change the sensitivity level of the touch pad but it is still eithr to sensitive or not sensitive enough. When you talk to someone on it your face touches the pad and it will go to different menus. Ths phone has terrible battery life and the speakers are not good at all. the phone isn't easy to use.The phone had good servie when i first got it and i could get service anywhere and after about two or three months it all went down hill.
