LG VX-8500-Chocolate White Cell Phone
It’s that time of the year again when we all try to find that perfect gift for that special someone. With all of the major carriers offering either a new red or pink version of their most popular models a new cell phone may just be a good alternative (or addition) to the standard heart shaped chocolates and two dozen roses that we’ve all come to expect.
Below is a list of the latest cell phone releases geared towards the Valentines Day... Did you guess the iPhone or maybe the Chocolate by LG? Both would seem likely contenders to take the top spot, but unfortunately they didn’t even make the top three!The infamous Motorola Razr V3, yes the original version out sold all other consumer models to take the top spot for the third quarter. Part of its staying power has to be attributed to the fact most of the carriers offer the V3 for free with new service.
Motorola actually faired... Reports have surfaced that Verizon will be selling the LG VX8550 music phone staring July 9, at a price of $99 with a two-year service agreement. This reminds-me-of--Chocolate phone is said to be available in black, "blue mint," and "black cherry," and sport a slider form factor with front-mounted music controls. Verizon is also said to be readying a reduced-cost music essentials kit - memory card, Bluetooth headset, and a few other... Let's Talk announced today that they have the new LG VX-8500 Chocolate phone in white available for $99.99 after rebate. The phone can be purchased with a new Verizon Wireless plan starting November 8, 2006. Receive one instant rebates of $50 for signing up for a new plan valued at $39 or more with a two year agreement. Another $50 mail-in rebate is also included.

The LG chocolate phone was made and released for Valentines Day, hence the name Chocolate phone. The phone got very famous quite fast because of the design and futuristic look. Although the LG chocolate phone is more famous, the Samsung E900 is a direct competitor, but which is better for you? Even though the phone is called chocolate, it sure doesn’t taste like it!! The LG chocolate is a slider phone and when open it... Pros: Its very easy to use and has great service Cons: If you slide it up and down a ot it will break in 2 Summary: I like my phone a lot but it is sort of hard to use sometimes, you will get the feel like after a week. very elagant and stylish. I'm switchng to the enV 2, but i slid it up and down to much and it broke into 2 pieces. when i press the back button on the phone it starts dialing #84 the charge adapter where you put it in on the phone, broke off. You can change the sensitivity level of the touch pad but it is still eithr to sensitive or not sensitive enough. When you talk to someone on it your face touches the pad and it will go to different menus. Ths phone has terrible battery life and the speakers are not good at all. the phone isn't easy to use.The phone had good servie when i first got it and i could get service anywhere and after about two or three months it all went down hill. Overall this is terrible phone i would reccomend to not get it Pros: Easy Use, portable, great multiple function. Cons: Battery life just below average Display malfunctioned after period of time. Summary: The Chocolate is a new elegant look with a sliding keypad that is great. You can listen to music from your computer onto this cell phone. only problems encountered were battery life is not so great, and this is my 2nd chocolate phone because of the same display malfunction.
