Time for a new phone

Overall Rating:
3.3 out of 5

Pros: all the vcast features you could ever want, decent quality camera, it has memory card capability, small and convenient.

Cons: it calls people from my pocket even with the keypad locked, they break easily, easy to get software malfunctions, battery life slowly lessens, big screen scratches easily.

Summary: I got my first one a year ago, this past week, my fourth one broke. If i hasn't bought the insurance plan i would have been in some serious trouble months ago. I may have just had some bad luck, but this phone doesn't seem to work well for me. Verizon is good about replacing them, but a phone shouldn't need to be replaced five times in a year. I wouldn't recommend this phone.
