Cons: Phone freezes, like a computer, and have to take battery out to restart

Summary: I wouldn't get this phone if you need reliability. I use the phone as my home phone and cell phone (no land line) and it has been frozen during an emergency.... had to pull the battery out, wait 30 seconds, put back in, and restart before I could make my call. Happens on a regular basis, but noticeably more often during humid or warm weather.

Summary: As soon as my phone freezes-- I march it in to the Verizon store and get a replacement. I'm on my 6th or 7th phone. I figure if Verizon insists on selling this piece of junk-- then they should have to face the consequences. I'm hoping they'll stop carrying it and let people switch to a different model. This phone deserves a total recall from the factory.

Cons: NONE that I can think of.

Summary: It is a very trustworthy phone that has many features that make you life, 10 x easier.

Cons: Locks up on average about once per day

Summary: LG is selling a lemon. My family bought 4 of these phones, and all four of them had the same problem. It will lock up periodically, with no indication until you notice that the time of the phone says 2AM when it's really 4PM. You will then realize that you have missed every call within that time.

I switched to a simple Motorola, and I have not had any problems yet.

Don't buy this phone.

Cons: Freezes without indication. You will miss hours of calls before you discover its in this state.

Summary: This phone freezes at intervals ranging from 8 hours to 24 hours. When it freezes the screens look normal. Its only when you go to make a call that it gives you the black screen of death. You need to reseat the battery to reset the phone. After that, all your phone messages will download and you will know how many hours of calls you have missed.
