Krzr

Overall Rating:
2.5 out of 5
By: Bill Banks on Sunday, April 06, 2008
From: Boise, ID (United States)
Experience: 90 Days
Pros: Touch sensative external music player

Cons: Breaks Easily, Smudges easily, constantly having to charge the phone, and Mirror breaks EASILY!

Summary: I got this phone in december and it worked great, until the warranty was over on the phone. Mine snapped in half very easily and the verizon people said that I broke it but the screen was glitching before it broke. Everyone I know had a KRZR and at least is on their second one.

Low Volume

Overall Rating:
3.3 out of 5
By: Yolonda Hebb on Tuesday, March 06, 2007
From: Waldorf, MD (United States)
Experience: 30 Days
Pros: The music quality is great. Great look.

Cons: Low Volume, Slow Downloads.

Summary: I got my phone February 2007. I always used the bluetooth, but I lost it and had to use the phone without it. Neither I nor the person I was talking to could hear each other. I had to put the phone on speaker just to understand a word. Other than that it's a wonderful phone.

Very disappointed

Overall Rating:
3.5 out of 5
By: John M on Friday, November 03, 2006
From: Niagara Falls, NY (United States)
Experience: 14 Days
Pros: Sleek style, excellent build quality, good feature set

Cons: Harsh sounding call quality, low call volume, average reception, buggy bluetooth, sluggish web browsing.

Summary: I was very disappointed in the K1M. The earpiece audio was at best mediocre and the call volume was very low, even with the volume at maximum. Bluetooth headset volume was adequate. Had to reboot the phone at least a couple of times each day because the voice commands didn't respond over bluetooth. Signal strength was at least 1-bar less than my previous phone, an LG VX7000.
