WORST PHONE EVER DONT BUY

Overall Rating:
1.2 out of 5
By: sara lane on Thursday, September 10, 2009
From: albuquerque, NM (United States)
Experience: 4 Months
Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Poor Quality

Summary: This phone is the worst phone i have ever had. They really should discontinue it. I have had this phone replaced 3 times!!! I would download a ringer to the phone and it would be on there for a few days and then it would just disappear, and go back to that stupid T mobile Jingle. And get this has anyone ever heard of a phone that would work with out the battery? I plugged the phone in to the charger with out the battery and it worked. When this finally happened i called t mobile and they are going to send me a completely different phone. All i have to say is you get what you pay for!!!

I like my little phone...

From: Plymouth, MA (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: Cool handy dandy belt clip, grippy surface, textured key pad, durable, pretty good reception.

Cons: Camera is kinda weak, instant messenger signs off after only being on for a few minutes

Summary: I like this little phone. Alot better then the free samsung from t-mobile that I had for a few months. The salesman who sold me this phone told me he threw it across a mall corridor to prove to a customer how durable it was. That sold me on the phone. Being a person who beats on phones and drops them constantly this was the right phone for me. The camera is a little weak. Not that great of quality considering the maker of the phone. The razr I had broken after 2 years of abuse had a much better camera. Overall a pretty good little phone if you're not looking for fancy little doodads and such.

Phone Contacts Keep Deleting

Overall Rating:
1.7 out of 5
By: C F on Wednesday, December 24, 2008
From: Honolulu, HI (United States)
Experience: 45 Days
Pros: Sturdy

Cons: Phone contacts delete if copied from SIM card,
Arrow Buttons too close together,
Not at all intuitive!

Summary: My phone contacts keep deleting when the phone is turned off. I have had the phone 6 weeks and the first time it shut down when it restarted I lost ALL of my contacts stored in the phone. I had transferred the contacts from a Samsung phone. A few were on the SIM card so I then recreated as many as I could and saved from the SIM card to the phone. Guess what yesterday my phone turned off again and when I went back in again POOF my phone contacts had disappeared. Awful phone, no one could provide a what to do. The arrow buttons are too small, the set up is not as outlined in the manual the clock will not change to analog. I hate it but it's mine now!

Run away

Overall Rating:
2 out of 5
By: m g on Saturday, November 08, 2008
From: kona, HI (United States)
Experience: 6 Days
Pros: Unsure of any

Cons: Battery dies really fast, continually goes back to the t jingle ringtone. resets to only ring

Summary: I have had nothing but problems, its difficult to link pics to caller id, then even when it works on one call the next call it wont work. Resets to ring from vibrate and ring and reverts to the t jingle after being charged, plus no analog display like on the pic on the box and instruction manual. The battery dies before the day is over and I had hardly talked and without listning to music. I have had this phone only one week and going back monday. Haaated it!!

By: Jackie M on Sunday, October 26, 2008
From: Houston, TX (United States)
Experience: 3 Days
Pros: Easy to grip, great sound, cool look.

Cons: Below average camera, small buttons

Summary: Looks great, sounds great. Easy to setup. I had to return my first phone but T-Mobile was great. I would recommend this phone to anyone not wanting or needing a lot of the frills.
