Pros: The size, styling and weight are terrific. The screen is clear and vibrant, and the voice quality is the best I've ever had. I find the navigation fairly intuitive.
Cons: The battery takes a long time to charge, and the life is nowhere near that of BlackBerry (which spoiled me), even with the "large" battery. It has required me to change my habits and charge up much more frequently. I purchased an additional charger to keep in my suitcase so I won't ever forget it.
Summary: I would highly recommend it. I didn't rate quality/durability since I've only had it for two weeks, but I will add that it has survived 2 three or four foot drops onto a hard surface.
