Pros: Thin, light weight, stylishCons: Fair camera, small storage space, Lags if you have a lot of media, Bluetooth signal is not too strong, no grouping for phonebookSummary: The motorola razr is still one of the most stylish phone in the market today; however, the features of the phone is not extremely impressive. The phone is very easy to use, but the overall features are borderline good. Overall rating: B-.

Pros: It is slim, good-looking and very easy to use. The menu is easy to understand and a cinch to useCons: There are buttons on the side of the phone and it seems like right where you hold it to talk is where you put it on speakerphone, it can become quite annoying if you don't remind yourself that they are there.Summary: I would recommend this phone because it looks good and it is very easy to use and also it is very lightweight which makes it easy to carry or conceal.

Pros: You can hear better on it dialing is easyCons: noneSummary: I bought the razr 2 months ago because a friend had one and I tried hers and liked the way you could hear the person you were talking to on it. The sound is very clear.

Pros: The only think I like is that it is cute and lightweightCons: Very hard to hear the person you are calling and when the phone rings The signal is bad, I can barely make a call anywhere. The screen get scatched very easy ( I have a cover for it) Summary: I wish I would have bought a different phone, I think this has a few "bugs" still. It is a cute phone, but I wish I would have shopped around first.
By: Melchor Lara on Tuesday, September 05, 2006 From: Chicago, IL (United States) Experience: 8 Months
Pros: Thin, slick design.Cons: NoneSummary: It is so thin, it fits everywhere, even in a woman's small evening purse. It is easy to use, even if you do not like dealing with manuals. The displays are clear and big, especially the internal display.

Pros: the battery life is good quality plus that you can download ringtones very easilyCons: the built in camera doesnt take clear pictures when around other electrical equipment even if you are 50 feet away you still get interferenceSummary: Overall the phone is great it has great battery life can play mp3 ringtones, definitly more pros thans cons for this phone it is built very sturdy so even if you drop it a few times you dont have to worry about it breaking or damaging the phone.
By: Yoshiko Little-Flower on Saturday, September 02, 2006 From: Chula Vista, CA (United States) Experience: 1 Years
Pros: It's Slim. It's looks Good. I like the voice dialing and camera.Cons: It's not good as commercial says. Many of inconvenience.Summary: Not good in the address book. You can't store the more than one number under the same name. You have to have same name for multi phone number per person. Also when searching the name if pless A then M for "Amy" it goes to "M___". This is very inconvenient. And, this phone has only one socket to plug the battery charger or head phone. When you need to charge the battery and use the headphone same time while you are driving a car, No you can't.

Pros: Appearance, coolness factor (2 yrs ago, christmas i think), small sizeCons: I'm on my third one. Dodgy Bluetooth, awful spkr/ear volume (no I am not deaf). No OS (like symb 60)...trim is falling off, lost the motorola m logo near the earpc, four of the rubber nibs that are on the case fell out...batteries die reallly reaaaallly often (on my 3rd....funny thing is, everytime I go into my store, they replace the battery no questions asked...not even if I bought the phone thereSummary: Dont bother

Pros: Sleek design, web/ e-mail support, Nice display, Bluetooth enabled, speakerphone & GSM support.Cons: call volume is bit low, the reception is not great (but certainly not bad). The camera is not so good. The pictures are poor.Summary: The Razr V3 backs up its radical design with solid features and good performance. It is a GSM enabled phone & has Sleek design, web/ e-mail support, Nice display, Bluetooth support & has a neat speakerphone. Though the camera is not so nice& the pictures are pretty amateur. Other than that this is a very nice phone with neat features & design.

Pros: Lightweight, easy to navigate, great font, amazing clarityCons: Gets smudgy easily, so you always need to wipe the screens cleanSummary: The RAZR V# Silver is the best phone I've owned. It has great features and looks amazing! I like the size - its small enough that it fits in my back pocket and purse but large enough that I can find it easily. It charges quickly and holds a charge for days (unless you talk for hours and hours each day). The normal charger is small so you dont even need to purchase the travel charger. Highly recommended and so glad that I got it!
By: Kev Christman on Wednesday, August 30, 2006 From: Westmont, NJ (United States) Experience: 3 Months

By: Joe Kolarz on Monday, August 28, 2006 From: Boyertown, PA (United States) Experience: 25 Days
Pros: A lot of Features A lot of storage Space Plays sounds loud and easy to understandCons: Cant always see screen when on the phone Battery doesnt last real longSummary: The phone has a lot of features which I love and it also has a lot of storage space so I can add a lot of games or music. The only real down side is that the screen turns black after awhile to save battery life but it even does it while your own a call so you cant check what time it is.

The launch of Nokia's flagship, touchscreen and QWERTY N97 has already
sparked the inevitable "iPhone Killer" comparisons. Without getting
all into that, it is worth mentioning that the N97 will pack a whopping
32GB of internal memory backed by a microSD card slot officially
capable of supporting another 16GB of storage when the phone ships
sometime in the first half of next year.
Apple's iPhone 3G currently tops out at 16GB of fixed...
Nokia kicked off Nokia World 2008 early this morning in Barcelona, Spain with the launch of their new flagship mobile phone, the N97. Due in the first half of next year, the N97 is Nokia's first N-Series device with a full QWERTY board, which is combined with a sliding, tilting resistive touchscreen and 32GB of onboard memory.
Looking something like a sleeker, shinier HTC Tilt, the N97 is a GSM phone with HSPA and WiFi connectivity and...
As expected, Nokia dropped a bomb on its faithful at Nokia World in Barcelona early this morning. What was it? The flagship N97 smartphone. Due in the first half of 2009, the N97 looks kind of like a modernized HTC Tilt, with its sliding, tilting touchscreen and hidden QWERTY board. Check out Nokia's promo video of the N97.
Nokia World in Barcelona launched so Noah started this Tuesday episode of GadgetDog Daily with announcements from the show. The Nokia N97 a possible "beast of a device" was unveiled and discussed during this episode along with the announcement of the HTC Shadow 2.
The horribly over-hyped, gimmicky, disappointing, bug-plagued BlackBerry Storm should soon be getting its first dose of badly-needed firmware fixes, according to Greg over at MobileCrunch, and a host of other Internet reports. I still think the Storm would be best off slimming down and losing the silly click-screen mechanism altogether, but if you're digging the SurePress action and just waiting until the lags, crashes, and other kinks get...
Around these parts we spend a lot of time covering an industry that revolves around consumerism. I make no bones about the fact that your interest in buying newer, faster, better, and shinier gadgetry goes a long way to making my gig here at PhoneDog possible. Given that I think it'd be utterly hypocritical for me to write another article decrying America for its greedy, overly-materialistic ways - plenty of other writers have...
There's a countdown timer on Nokia's website that's set to expire at 9:15 CET - that's 12:15 AM, Pacific time - tomorrow morning, December 2nd. The timer will strike zero to coincide with the keynote address at Nokia World, a developer's conference in Barcelona, Spain.Nokia World has traditionally not been a venue for big product announcements from the world's #1 maker of cell phones, but tradition seems set to change as of tomorrow. ...
Just in case you didn't do enough shopping on the good old Interweb at lunchtime today, there are plenty more deals to check out when you get home, like Sprint's CyberMonday giveaways. Props to the carrier for realizing there's very little that beats FREE, especially when it comes to gift-shopping. These deals are offered only for a limited time and are good for new activations and eligible upgrades with, of course, a 2-year contract. Palm...
Hello, and welcome to the first installment of Dr. Photo. I’m Adam and yes, I’m a doctor, but no, I don’t know what that thing on your elbow is… I’m a physical chemist (which is how I get away with calling myself a doctor without ever touching people) and a professional photographer and have been called in by my friends at PhoneDog to take a close look at cell phones from a photographer’s point of view (less so from a chemist’s, although I’m...
