Motorola RAZR-V3m Pink

Overall Rating:
3.8 out of 5
By: Mari Neagle on Sunday, February 24, 2008
From: Boxborough, MA (United States)
Experience: 6 Months
Pros: large display,
clear photos,
good sound quality,
service availability is great,
long battery life.

Cons: Speaker and volume buttons on the side are too easily pushed when taking it out of a case,
certain menu options are only able to go "back" a step if you end the application and start completely over (picture-wallpaper).

Summary: Overall, I would say that this is a very good phone. The service availability and multiple services available are great.

dont get this phone

Overall Rating:
2.8 out of 5
By: melissa melissa on Sunday, February 24, 2008
From: sacramento, CA (United States)
Experience: 7 Months
Pros: Loud phone. mp3 player. popular phone but not worth it.

Cons: Expensive, skinny, flat, easy to break, buttons are stupid and flat. has a ringing noise when u put it close to your ear. if u dont believe me watch listen to it. its like buzz buzz buzz. very annoying. doesnt have flash so if you want a clear pic take it in the light. it doesnt have a lot of memory on the phone itself so u have to get a memory card.

Summary: It was a waste of money only reason i got this phone was because the phone i had before stop making it. so they offered me this phone. only lasted like 7 months. i mean everything worked but out of no where it wouldnt let me read my memory card nor listen to my music. it was the phone because my memory card worked fine on my computer. anyway i got a new phone. my new phone is the kyocera E2000. i rated that one too. i like my new phone.

By: Julie McCue on Wednesday, October 31, 2007
From: Mastic Beach, NY (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: Terrible

Cons: Terrible

Summary: This phone is horrible. I’ve had Verizon for only 3 months and I’m on my 2nd replacement for this phone. The battery is horrible and it freezes on all of the time. It’s slow as slow can be and it doesn’t have a whole lot of features on it. Don’t let the look fool you it’s the worst phone I have every owned and now I am stuck with it for another 7 months unless I want to pay another 200 something dollars to a new one!!. Horrible and aggrevating

Nice basic phone

Overall Rating:
2.2 out of 5
By: Paul Wilborn on Thursday, July 05, 2007
From: Keller, TX (United States)
Experience: 16 Months
Pros: Sound quality ok

Cons: Not very useful since display failed after about a year and 4 months.

Summary: Not a Motorola Fan, and phone was high dollar. Liked the size but buttons on the side constantly pushed by accident. Once the display failed it was just a basic phone with less features than my home phone

I am sending thei RAZR V3m back ASAP

Overall Rating:
2.8 out of 5
By: Brad Hennon on Friday, June 15, 2007
From: East Berlin, PA (United States)
Experience: 2 Days
Pros: good phone and thats it!

Cons: Not customizable. I am staring at verizon add screens all day and cant change them

Summary: I have had a Cingular V3 for two years now and have been 95% satisfied. I thought i would try Verizon since i get a weak signal at home with Cingular (thats the missing 5%). There are features that are locked out on the Verizon V3m that i have with the V3. I am unable to set the ringer to Vibe-then-Ring. I am unable to edit the menu buttons on the home page. There is an annoying red bar at the top and bottom of the screen that is not changeable and is taking up valuable screen real estate. The speakerphone takes 3 seconds to enable or disable via the side button and guess what? Can't change that either. You dont realize how much of a conversation you miss in 3 seconds until you get this phone. The Middle menu button that i have on the V3 is not on this "newer" V3m.

I will be sending this one back.

Junk Phones

Overall Rating:
3 out of 5
By: J Less on Thursday, May 31, 2007
From: Lewiston, ME (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: Easy texting, good clarity speakers, great pictures

Cons: No life on the batteries, bluetooth keeps crashing results in new phone going for my third phone tommorow, Phone loses connection to network droped calls and undeliverable text messages. The signal bars are consantly jumping from 0 to four bars

Summary: Here's the kicker I want to get a different phone but Verizon says I can only replace my phone with the same phone I'm going on my third phone and I got my first RAZR v3m on March 31st 2007 It's gonna be a long two years and a lot of fighting...

No Battery Life

Overall Rating:
3.2 out of 5
By: eab3 b on Sunday, March 18, 2007
From: santa fe, NM (United States)
Experience: 4 Months
Pros: thin profile

Cons: absolutely worthless batteries

Summary: I own 2 RAZR V3m phones. The batteries die after making approximately 3 to 4 calls each lasting only 10 - 15 minutes. I went back to Sprint and explained the problem. They exchanged the batteries AND the phones as well. I thought to myself "GREAT" that takes care of the problem. WRONG!-They also die after approximately 45 minutes of use.
And just to clarify: I only use the phone as a phone - not for browsing, photos, etc., the backlight setting is minimal, vibrate is off, and the Li-ion battery does not have a re-charge "memory".
4 phones/4 batteries = 4 lemons.

4.5 out of 5
By: Melissa Coplak on Monday, March 12, 2007
From: Astoria, NY (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: Very reliable phone, comfortable for holding between your shoulder and ear when talking, loud volume.

Cons: none.

Summary: This is a very reliable phone, no wonder it's so popular! I love this phone because its easy to talk on while juggling it on your shoulder, it also has a nice large color screen to see pics on, comes with a decent camera too. So far I have found no disadvantages to this phone.
