Pros: This phone is just a pearl. I have had it for eights months and I dropped it in a glass of water for a mere second, immediately took out the battery and allowed it to dry for three days. I put it back in and the phone is still ticking. Yes, there are some quirks but nothing that I couldn't live with. Today, the unthinkable happened, the phone won't ring. I can talk on it and even use my bluetooth but it won't ring. I've tried to troubleshoot to no avail so now I have to send it in for anoth

Cons: Display too small.

Summary: As far as phones go this is a winner.

Pros: I think it is really fast and the phone reception is really good, but i guess that is based on your carrier. i love the simple lay out. i also like that it is a music player, so i don't have to carry my ipod too. I also love the look of the phone and the slide design, and the 2 megapixel camera is really nice. and most of all it's a motorola, and they are my favorite phone brand.

Cons: Sometimes the phone will just turn off all on it's own, it happens almost every time I get a voicemail. second sometimes my texts don't send and then i have to turn the phone off and then on to get them to send, that happens a lot while i am roaming. sometimes when i use celltop (for alltel users only) and sometimes the app store (when i have low battery) i have to press the end button a million time to exit or i just slid it shut and wait a minute for it to go away. last of all, it is very sens

Summary: I love the phone and all of it's features and design. but there are some glitches, like texts not sending, have to hit the end button a lot to exit some apps, and a very sensitive screen. overall I love the phone and encourage you to get it. BUT DON'T DROP IT!!!

I love the phone

Pros: I really like the Motorola Z6M, it has all of the features I like plus the call clarity and handling are both top notch. The MP3 player works well for being a phone (if you want an MP3 player buy a MP3 player). The controls are well laid out. The slide feature is smooth and it seems very sturdy.

Cons: Not much bad I can say about it. I am on my second one now in less than 2 months, but not to the fault of the phone. I damaged my other one canoeing. The 1 2 3 buttons are hard for my fat thumb to find right up near the slide, but this is minor to me. No real gripes from me. I am a Motorola fan, always have been. Oh, one thing that I do not like is the fact that it only supports 2 GB microSD cards, 4 would be much better.

Summary: Good phone, works well, needs to be able to handle 4GB cards.

AH-MAZING PHONE

Pros: Touchscreen

Cons: Bulky

Summary: The phone is an amazing device. Its touchscreen and if you want you can hack it and put the iphone theme, for all you iphone fans. The only bad thin is that they should of made the screen much bigger. Its a bit bulky and the touchscreen sort of gets on your nerves sometimes. But since the keypad is small, thats why it comes with the touchscreen stick which is very small at the point so that allows you to write comfortably, unless you want to use your hands. Bottom line, its a great phone.

Horrible Phone!

Overall Rating:
2.7 out of 5

From: Valdosta, GA (United States)
Experience: 5 Months
Pros: Slide feature and it takes really good pictures for a cell phone.

Cons: Turns off in the middle of a call, freezes constantly, and MAJOR display problems. Many times I will press a key to check the time and the display will be upside down, black, distorted, and/or completely gone (white).

Summary: I purchased this phone in Jan. '08 and by Feb. I was having so many problems with it that I took it back and Alltel gave me a brand new one. The new one continued to have the same problems as my first one, just not as often. I will slide the phone up and it will shut off or show a black screen with the Motorola icon. Sometimes I can shut it off and turn it back on and it will be fine. Other times I have to take the battery out before it will work again. Last night the display completely quit working. When I tried to use it the display was white and absolutely nothing shows up. I've turned it off and on to see if it would work but it didn't. I can make calls on it but I can't see anything!!! I'm going to Alltel today to see about getting a replacement or it repaired. If they give me another one it will be my THIRD phone and I've only had this type of phone since Jan. (5 months)!!!!

    LG Lotus (Sprint) - Photos

Hey, look what just came!  Thanks, Vanessa ;-)  Here are some photos of the black LG Lotus for Sprint.  The QWERTY board feels GREAT so far, as those bubbled chiclet-style keys make up for the relatively small size of the layout.  Sprint's new One Click UI is sort of cool and helpful and sort of overdone; I'll have to play with it more, but I hope it winds up being handier more often than it gets in the way.  And I'm...
